Skyty is a flight tracker for iPhone that works completely offline.
Skyty is an iOS app that turns your iPhone into a flight companion that works in airplane mode. The world map, GPS, altitude, and recording all run on-device — no WiFi, no data, no subscription. Built for travelers who like to know where they are at 11 km.
Skyty is an iOS app that gives passengers a real-time map, position, altitude and speed during flight, completely without an internet connection. The entire vector world map ships inside the app via Protomaps, GPS works the way it always has — passively, no transmitter needed — and altitude above ground is computed from bundled NASA SRTM terrain data. Premium users can record their flights and export the route as GPX. There is no account, no analytics, no third-party SDK. Made by Kim Engels in Zurich, available on the App Store as a free download with a one-time Premium purchase.
